Cancellation Policy

Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment may need to be rescheduled. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled AT LEAST 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation charges. Any cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to a 50% fee of the service intended.
